Evine Kyathos
In the area of Magán, where Monastrell vines grow more than 30 years old and barely give half a kilo of grapes, only 3,500 bottles of this red wine are made. A very ecological wine that reminds of being “drunk” in a privileged Greek-type wine ladle: the kyathos.
Tasting notes
Intense garnet red color, brilliant. Complex, balsamic aromas, earthy, spicy and mineral on a very fruity background (ripe red plum, wild blackberries). Tasty, with marked and pleasant acidity. Sweet tannins, cocoa, with a long and elegant finish.
Recommendations
Ideal with grilled eggplant and other vegetables. Try it with a ratatouille or fresh pasta alla carbonara
