It is made with Monastrell from centenary vineyards, and during the harvest all the processes are done manually, making it one of the most careful wines of the house. Intense ruby color. Very aromatic nose, with notes of very ripe red fruits, balsamic notes such as licorice and incredible toasted tones due to the high quality of the barrels. The palate is structured, powerful, tasty and at the same time very sweet. In this wine we find the notes of the terroir and the Monastrell in its maximum expression.
Recommendations
Drink between 15º/17ºC. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Not suitable for pregnant women or minors due to its alcohol content. Suitable for cured, smoked and big game meats, such as wild boar, venison or roe deer, red meat stews, very cured cheeses and nuts, Iberian products and chocolates.
