The name of this wine comes from the first letter of the 3 varieties with which it is made (Garnacha tintorera, Syrah and Monastrell, with double the proportion of the last two with respect to the first). It has a light barrel aging of only 2 months that gives the wine an attractive tannin. Notes of black fruits and discreet spices give the wine personality and character.
Intense dark red color. Rich aromas of ripe red fruits and sweet pastry notes. On the palate, it is juicy, very fruity with notes of red plums, blackberries and licorice. Smooth but delicate, with good structure and sweet tannins. Elegant, with a long finish.
Recommended serving temperature between 16 and 17ºC. Very good with turkey, pork tenderloin, stewed meat and roasted vegetables.
