Iglesia Vieja Reserva
Made of Monastrell (75%), Syrah (18%) and Garnacha (7%). It is a blend full of harmony that each one of these varieties gives us depending on the soil, the height where the vineyards grow and the hand of the vintner who takes care of them. The wine is aged for 16 months in oak and some more months in the bottle
Tasting notes
When tasting it appears with an intense cherry color, with a touch of evolution. The nose is intense, with notes of balsamic aromas. Wide mouth-entry, full of hints and spiced memories, with a velvet finnish
Recommendations
It goes very well with rice dishes, meats, roasts, game, poultry and stews. Ideal for after dinner and certain desserts
