Intense garnet red color, brilliant. Complex, balsamic aromas, earthy, spicy and mineral on a very fruity background (ripe red plum, wild blackberries). Tasty, with marked and pleasant acidity. Sweet tannins, cocoa, with a long and elegant finish
Recommendations
Pairs well with duck, grilled red meats and cured cheeses. Also with game stews. Recommended serving temperature between 17-18ºC
