Elo Paraje las Cañas
Elo is the name given to the city of Murcia in the seventh century, which at that time belonged to the history of the wine region of Yecla. Compañía de Vinos del Atlántico (Patrick Mata and Alberto Horte) are the ones responsible for this little jewel with 94 Parker points. Limited production of 2,700 bottles
The Monastrell with which this wine is made shows an aromatic range where herbaceous and raspberry notes appear. In the mouth it is elegant and balanced
Elo is an incredibly food-friendly wine. Ideal pairings include pastas with sausages, octopus, heavy green vegetable dishes and lean meats. This wine also pairs perfectly with cheeses.
