De Nariz Monastrell
Awarded “Nariz de Oro” in 2001, the talented Murcian winemaker and sommelier Pedro Martínez achieves with his first wine (a wine “de narices”!) a brilliant and undoubtedly one of the most promising entries on the scene. From Yecla with an exclusive vineyard of Monastrell de Pie Franco and thanks to the technical support of Bodegas Barahonda
Tasting notes
With a deep cherry color of enormous power and tension, the De Nariz Monastrell Terroir 2018 reveals an apotheosic nose of optimum maturity that combines freshness, concentration and minerality with an expression of black fruit typical of Monastrell, fine floral, spicy and balsamic notes (thyme, rosemary, mint), and a delicate powdery, smoky and limestone profile
Recommendations
De Nariz Monastrell is an incredibly complex wine. Blind tasting is mandatory!
